Four years ago I left the pristine islands of New Zealand to flock to Greenville, South Carolina for my latest adventure. I am originally from Arizona but ventured to the beautiful bottom half of the world to marry my true love, a Kiwi (New Zealander). Now that my husband is studying at a local seminary, I am on a mission to bring my excellent writing and editing skills to YOU—the people.
Do you require someone with a problem-solving ability? No problemo, since a good challenge is the driving force behind my reliable performance and work ethic. With this in mind, I would love to serve as a team player with you. In return, I offer experience, education and enthusiasm.
To date, copy editing and writing have been my forte at a large national marketing firm and multinational newspapers/magazines, along with retail, academic and Christian publications. I also specialize as an FDA label compliance editor, and in obtaining free sale certificates, in the dietary supplement and skincare industries. Every one of my customers is serious about releasing professional, well-groomed copy to the public eye. Knowing this, the same amount of genuine and detailed care is put into every writing project.
Even though I specialize in editing and writing, I am thankful that my bachelor’s degree in communications, and ongoing work towards a master’s in apologetics, has improved and expanded these abilities along with my communication and critical thinking skills.

My name’s Steve, your creative owl officer, and I’ve got all your design and photography needs covered.
As a graphic designer and photographer, I have over 18 years in the design and print industry. This experience has led me to work not just in New Zealand, but a number of years in the US as well. I’ve had the privilege of working in various roles within the industry including senior designer roles, being a creative/art director of a small design team, teaming up with communications and marketing departments, and participating with branding/rebranding teams.
I’m zealous about seeing design jobs through from start to finish. Rather than washing my hands of a project once the artwork has been released, I believe the job is done once you have the completed printed or digital project in your talons. Hence why it’s important for me to be able to work with printers or final display platforms, checking on the print qualities of selected stock, color and registration correcting. The last part of the design process is highly important and can make or break a project. In short, being involved with a project until the end shows a sense of pride in the final product.
